About the Review

The Trade and Commercial Law Review publishes articles, comments and case notes, as well as book reviews dealing with international trade, commercial and other areas of business law, arbitration law, foreign law and comparative law in context of business and commercial laws.

It provides the legal, business and academic communities with information, knowledge and understanding of recent developments in trade, business and international commercial arbitration laws. The Review contributes to the discussion of these developments while being informative and having practical relevance to business persons and lawyers. The journal is published by Harbinger Digital.

Call for Papers

The ITCLR calls for papers for its inaugural edition (first issue) to be released in the month of August or September 2022. We publish articles, case comments and case notes dealing with international trade, commercial and other areas of business law, arbitration law, foreign law and comparative law in context of business and commercial laws.

It provides the legal, business and academic communities with information, knowledge and understanding of recent developments in trade, business and international commercial arbitration laws. The Review contributes to the discussion of these developments while being informative and having practical relevance to business persons and lawyers. The journal is published by Harbinger Digital.

No fee is charged from authors or submitters of manuscripts for publication, review or any other editorial activity.

Categories of Submissions

Submissions can be made in the form of:

  • Articles - 2000-3000 words (exclusive of footnotes); and

  • Case notes or case comments - 2000-3000 words (exclusive of footnotes).

  • We may also accept book reviews in the same word limit.

Submissions may be accepted through our website (http://www.itclr.info) where you may register and make a submission or through email on submissions@itclr.info with the subject line "Submission for Inaugural Edition". Decisions on manuscripts would be provided on a rolling basis within 6-8 weeks or earlier.

Submission Guidelines

All manuscripts must conform to the following submission guidelines:

  • The submission has not been previously published or pending before another conference or journal for publication;

  • Submission file is in Word Format (DOC/DOCX);

  • All citations must be referenced in any uniform citation methdology;

  • All text must be single-spaced, uses a 12-point Times New Roman font;

  • Names of authors or institutional affiliations must not be part of the submission file or manuscript and must be included in a separate file or must be included as part of the details submitted on the portal or email;

Submission Deadline

You may submit your articles, case notes, case comments or book reviews on or before July 1, 2022 12:00 am through the portal or on email.
