Amity's Sushant Rohilla suicide case to be heard by the Delhi High Court

In a major development, the Supreme Court has today transferred the case relating to the suicide of Amity law school student Sushant Rohilla to the Delhi High Court. 

The direction came from a Bench of Justices AK Goel and UU Lalit in the case where a law school student committed suicide allegedly due to the management's stand of making him repeat a year of law school on account of poor attendance.
