Amarchand and JSA act on Lactalis’ acquisition of Tirumala Milk Products for $275 million

Groupe Lactalis SA (Lactalis), the world’s largest dairy player, has acquired a 100 percent stake in Tirumala Milk Products. This deal marks the entry of Lactalis into the Indian market. The deal was reportedly closed at $275 million (Rs 1,750 crore).
