Amarchand and AZB advise FedEx to acquire AFL India to boost delivery networks

Federal Express International Corporation (FedEx) has bought over AFL Private Limited (AFL) and its affiliate Unifreight India Private Limited, to boost up their delivery network services as the economy growth has led to spur cargo in Asia.
