The course is aimed at a cross section of students, journalists, practitioners and other persons who are interested in contemporary debates on the fundamentals of legal regulation of speech..The course comprises of four modules and aims to provide a basic understanding of the current regulatory environment..Speaking to Bar & Bench, Danish Sheik, one of the organizers said “This course encapsulates the range of our interdisciplinary work, attempting to move beyond a purely doctrinal take on the law and capture historical and cultural perspectives as well.
