Abhijit Joshi’s Veritas Legal promotes Tushar Raut, Kunal Doshi to partnership

Mumbai-based Veritas Legal set up by Abhijit Joshi has promoted Tushar B Raut and Kunal Doshi to partnership taking the total number of partners at the firm to five.

The other three are Abhijit Joshi (founding partner), Nandish Vyas and Rahul Dwarkadas.

A graduate of ILS Law College, Raut initially worked at DSK Legal for four years before moving to AZB & Partners in 2012. In 2015, he left the firm to join Veritas Legal. Raut focuses on Merger & Acquisition, Private Equity and Corporate Advisary.

Doshi is a graduate of Government Law College of Mumbai and is a qualified solicitor with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. He started his career at Wadia Ghandy & Co after which he moved to AZB in 2011 and eventually joining Abhijit Joshi in 2015. Doshi focuses on Merger & Acquisition, Real Estate and Franchising.
