Tatva, SAM act on NCC, Gayatri Projects’s sale of Western UP Tollway for 575 crore

NCC Ltd, along with Gayatri Projects Ltd is selling 100% of their shareholding in Western UP Tollway Ltd to Cube Highways and Infrastructure Pte Ltd for Rs.575 crore.
