The Supreme Court today grilled advocate Prashant Bhushan about the functioning of Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL), the NGO which agitates a large number of public interest matters before Supreme Court.
The Court was hearing a public interest litigation petition filed by CPIL challenging the 4G spectrum auctions, when Chief Justice TS Thakur raised a volley of questions regarding the petitions filed by CPIL. He queried,
