Amarchand Mangaldas won the Indian Firm of the Year for the third year running while Allen & Overy bagged the award for International Firm of the Year. Amarchand was awarded the Bangalore Firm of the Year award and Best Indian Capital Markets Team. AZB was given the Indian M&A Team of the Year award. Luthra was awarded Delhi Firm of the Year and also Infrastructure Firm of the Year..Trilegal won the Indian Project Finance Team of the Year while Luthra won the Delhi Firm of the Year and Indian Restructuring Team of the Year. JSA was awarded the Dispute Resolution Firm of the year while Wadia Ghandy & Co bagged the Real Estate Firm of the Year.Majumdar and Partners won the Labour & Employment Firm of the Year while Anand & Anand won IP Firm of the Year. The TMT Firm of the Year was won by Nishith Desai & Associates. The GTL Debt Restructuring – advised by Luthra and Wadia Ghandy & Co – won Restructuring Deal of the year..The Alstom-Bharat Forge JV Mundra SEZ project financing – advised by Bharucha & Partners, Luthra, and Norton Rose – won the Project Finance deal of the year.
