The hearing in the 2G case in the Supreme Court took an interesting turn yesterday. All set to take over as the next Chief Justice of India (CJI), Justice Dattu initially sought Senior Advocate KK Venugopal’s advice on whether the affidavit submitted by Prashant Bhushan in relation to the entry register of the CBI Director Ranjit Sinha’s residence was in conformity with the law.
