We want 3-year course to continue – BCI takes on Madras HC

This was always going to happen, the only question was when. At a meeting held yesterday, the Bar Council of India (BCI) decided to appeal against an order of the Madras High Court wherein the Court had made a number of far-reaching suggestions, including an overhaul of the BCI itself.
