Immediately thereafter, the matter was mentioned by Sundaram before the Chief Justice at 10.30 am for urgent listing..The Chief Justice directed Sundaram to approach the Bench hearing the matter..Subsequently, the matter was heard at 1.15 pm and 4 pm by the Bench presided by Justice Dipak Misra. The matter will now be heard on July 12.
