Supreme Court to rule on whether Maggi is ‘Health(y) Bhi’

The Supreme Court of India will now sit in judgment over the quality and safety of Maggi noodles. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has approached the Supreme Court against the decision of the Bombay High Court lifting the ban imposed on Maggi noodles.
