Indira Jaising, Harin Raval appear in Telangana-AP subordinate judiciary dispute

The long simmering tension over the subordinate judiciary in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh may well be resolved by the Supreme Court. A Bench of Chief Justice TS Thakur and Justice AM Khanwilkar issued notice to the State of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and the Central government in a plea seeking allocation of subordinate judges between the two States.
