SAM, Inventus Law act on SVG Media’s acquisition of Komli Media’s India biz

Smile Vun Group (SVG) Media, a joint venture between Manish Vij’s Vun Network and Harish Bahl’s Smile Group, has acquired online advertising company Komli Media’s India business and global brand rights for an undisclosed amount.
