S.R. Patnaik, Luthra & Luthra Tax Partner recently resigned to join the Mumbai office of Amarchand Mangaldas as Tax Partner & Tax Practice Head. He is still serving his notice period at Luthra and September 30 will be his last working day..Patnaik has over 15 years experience advising clients on various aspects of direct tax like international tax, transfer pricing, corporate tax etc. He is dual qualified as an accountant and lawyer. He worked at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, Delhi for around 5 years.
