Justice GS Singhvi appointed as Chairman of COMPAT; Likely to head Airports Economic Regulatory Authority Appellate Tribunal

Justice GS Singhvi, who retired from the Supreme Court in December 2013, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Competition Appellate Tribunal (COMPAT). He took charge on September 25, 2014.
