JSA and Patrik Hemberg advise Volvo to fully acquire Volvo Buses India

Volvo Bus Corporation, Sweden has acquired 30 percent stake of Jaico Automobile Engineering Company Private Limited in Volvo Buses India Private Limited (the joint Venture was setup between Jaico and Volvo Buses India Private Limited in November 2006, for the production of bus bodies).
