IndusLaw acts on AMP Solar, Suzlon JV

Toronto-based AMP Solar has acquired 49% equity in Rudhra Solarfarms Limited, an SPV set up by Suzlon Energy Limited to develop a solar PV project of 15 MW in Telangana.

Deal AMP Solar acquires 49% in Rudhra Solarfarms with an option to acquire Suzlon’s remaining stake in the project SPV in the future subject to regulatory requirements.
