Fourth AIBE postponed to December 9 2012 BCI says several candidates requested the postponement of the exam

Citing a number of factors such as “unavoidable reason, Muharram and several requests received from candidates”, the Bar Council of India (BCI) has now declared that the fourth All India Bar Exam shall be conducted on December 9, 2012 instead of the earlier declared date of November 25, 2012.

On September 7, 2012 the BCI Chairman, Manan Kumar Mishra had confirmed that the BCI will itself conduct the next All India Bar Exam (AIBE) scheduled for November 25, 2012 with the assistance of Noida-based, ITES Horizon.
