Former Chief Justice of India, YK Sabharwal no more

YK Sabharwal, the Chief Justice of India from November 2005 to January 2007, passed away today. Born in 1942, the former CJI was president of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, and was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court in 1986.
