Mumbai-based law firm Rajani Associates and Delhi-based Singhania & Partners, which had merged their practices to form ‘Rajani Singhania & Partners’ have decided to part ways. However, the two firms will continue to be “best friends”..In a joint statement, Prem Rajani and Ravi Singhania said,.“Rajani Associates and Singhania & Partners have decided to restructure and focus on their respective core areas, but continue‎ as best friends.The best friends are always around to render legal services, wherever required, jointly.”.Citing no specific reason for the parting of ways, Prem Rajani and Ravi Singhania told Bar & Bench that,.“Our core strengths are in separate practice areas. So we have decided to focus on our core practice areas instead of trying to be a full service law firm. We will continue supporting each other and collaborating with each other on specific matters”..Both, Rajani Associates and Singhania & Partners were established in 1999 by Prem Rajani and Ravi Singhania respectively.
