From there, he moved on to Franklin Templeton Investments, before joining the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas in 2008. In 2010, he was appointed Director, Legal and General Counsel of SunEdison, a post he held for more than six years..This is the third General Counsel IL&FS has hired in 2016. In September this year, Damini had left IL&FS to join as General Counsel of AXIS Bank. Back in May, the infrastructure company lost Pradeep Ratnam, who joined Krishnamurthy & Co as a Partner.
