Delhi Govt. v Centre: Justice L Nageswara Rao makes it two recusals in two days

The battle between the Delhi government and the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi took another interesting turn as another Supreme Court judge recused from hearing the case. Yesterday, Justice JS Khehar had recused from the matter.
