Anand chooses to differ..Speaking to Bar & Bench Anand said that it was a clear case of homicide. “The post mortem of Ram Singh’s body revealed multiple injuries; it is a clear case of murder. Some of the doctors who were involved in the post mortem said that it was a case of murder though it might not reflect so on record”..Anand further told that he would be moving the Delhi High Court seeking an inquiry into the death of Ram Singh. He would also move a transfer petition in the Supreme Court to get the trial transferred outside Delhi. He had earlier opposed the transfer petition filed by Advocate M.L. Sharma, who was initially representing Ram Singh’s brother Mukesh in the case..“Security has been beefed up for the remaining accused after the Fast Track Court pulled up the authorities for lax in security to the accused in the prison”, added Anand..The trial of the remaining accused is continuing in the Fast Track Court at Saket.
