Delhi government to challenge Court Fees judgment; SC to hear petition on October 28

The government of Delhi has chosen to file an appeal against the recent Division Bench decision of the Delhi High Court, setting aside amendments to the Court Fee Act. As per a PTI report, the Bench led by Justice GS Singhvi has agreed to hear the matter this Monday, October 28, 2013.
