This is my reply to Mr. Rohan from Mumbai.First of all I would like to tell him not to post comment if you don't have any proper understanding of judicial system or you are unaware of the current scenario.Don't try to do criticism just for the 'purpose of criticism'.First clear your understanding about the subject matter and when you have proper resources and knowledge then comment on any serious topic.I have one more suggestion to make if you want to know the position of Mr. Ravi Kiran Jain as per your comments then gather some knowledge about him. This will also clear your mind about his position in our civil society.

I hail Mr. Ravi Kiran Jain's article supra. It is really nice that courageous lawyers like him are speaking out against judicial impropreity. As a litigant in person, I have faced such judicial impropreity on numerous occasions. I have NOT lost faith in the judiciary or the judicial process, due to courageous and honorable judges and officers of the Delhi High Court.

FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAS POSTED THEIR COMMENTS ABOVE:IT IS NOT BEING COURAGEOUS / EXPERIENCED / MATURED OR BOLD OF MR JAIN RATHER IT IS SHAMEFUL OF HIM. IS THERE EVEN ONE POLITICIAN WHO IS NOT CORRUPT?? MR JAIN IN MY VIEW HAS NO WORK RATHER HE HAS THE ENTIRE ENERGY AND TIME TO WRITE ALL THESE STUPID ARTICLES DEFAMING JUDICIARY BECAUSE HE WAS UNABLE TO ACHIEVE SOME POSITION IN LIFE. IT IS RATHER DISGRACEFUL OF HIM TO DEFAME THE INDIAN JUDICIARY AS HE IS A PART OF IT AND STILL HARMING IT DUE TO HIS PERSONAL REASONS. PEOPLE PLEASE GROW UP AS OR IF YOU ARE A PART OF IT AND DEFAMING INDIAN JUDICIARY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, YOU ARE DEFAMING AND DISGRACING YOURSELVES. STOP BEING JEALOUS IN LIFE. TRY TO PROVE YOURSELF BY DOING SOMETHING POSITIVE RATHER THAN BEING NEGATIVE ALWAYS..

People should atleast have the attitude to allow good critisism especially when it comes from a well experienced and matured thinking that actually gives a fundamental strength. As a constitutional law subject and championing the concepts of seperation of powers, the reality of such avoved democratic principles proved and prove to be different. Alas! time and again proved that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutelye. We are all thankful to some of the courageous souls with a bold spirit. I sincerely appriciate the article of Mr. Ravi Jain, Sr. advocate.
