AZB is nothing without Zia. AMSS is nothing without the Shroff's. I have been a client of both and I find that there is not much to choose between the two. However in interactions with Shroff's and Zia - far more impressed with Zia!!

I agree. Zia mody has done what few others would dare to try and succeed, that is displace amss in mumbai as the top law firm. Kudos to her.

@Guest, Mumbai- Zia built that firm in 8 years? Seriously? I think she has been a lawyer for lot longer than that. Are you discounting her practice and her prior firm before the merger? Anyways, nothing in my view should take away the fact what AMSS is today. It is clearly the top preferred choice of most clients. Enough surveys are on that.

For all those who debate about AZB and AMSS. Zia mody has single handedly shaken the law firm market and taken over many clients from the top law firm. She has built the law in 8 years what most people took more than 20 years to build. She is a lesson in herself. Great to see a woman excel to such great heights. AMSS or for that matter any top firm cannot claim to have such talent
