The analysis of the issues is loadable. The main issue is that how a women will prove the charges. Sexual harassement normally happens in privacy. During the enquiry the men colleagues normally gang up against the complainant and the potential women witnesses either do not want to invite the wrath of male seniors for protecting their jobs or will seek permission of the males of their family which oftenly is denied. So finally complainant has to suffer socially, mentally ad even financially.
