P.M MAY BE THE PART OF LOKPAL BILL BUT P.M HAS TO ASSIGN THE BUDGET PERSONALLY FOR THE INTELLIGENCE PROGRAMS LIKE ROW EXT.OR FOR ANY OTHER TYPE OF INTERNAL PROGRAMS BUT SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS OF ARMY INVOLVEMENT IN SUCH TYPE OF INVESTMENT IN RELATION TO THE LOKPAL AND HE MUST BE THE PART OF ARMY LOKPAL THAT SHALL BE THE PART OF COURTMARSHAL .BUT UN FORTUNATELY JUDGES OF SUPREME COURT AND HIGH COURTS CAN NOT BE THE PART OF LOKPAL B'COS THEY ARE THE JUSTICE OF LAW YES THE PROVISIONS MAY BE MADE FOR THE SUBJECT OF INQUIRY THROUGH THE COMMETEE OF JUDGES AND IT IS ALREADY THE PROVISION MADE IN JUDICIAL SYSTEM AND AFTER INQUIRY THERE IS THE WAY FOR IMPEACHMENT FROM PARLIAMENT .UNFORTUNATELY CJ OF KERNATAKA HIGH COURT Mr DINAKERAN THE STEP CAN NOT BE TAKEN B'COS OF POLITICAL LACK OF ACTIVISM.

Thugs such as Hazare will draft the bill. The Congress-UPA will pilot the bill in Parliament.Where is the Opposition? What is their role in this? Hello!! last I heard we were a Westminster style parliamentary democracy with an aggressive opposition. Are they sleeping? Their role has been usurped by a committee of unelected busybodies and thugs.
