Media gagged in alleged sexual harassment by MP High Court judge; Sibal, Salve, Jaising appear

The Supreme Court has restrained media from reporting the proceedings relating to the case concerning alleged sexual harassment of a District judge by a sitting judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court. This decision was taken by a Bench headed by Justice JS Khehar and comprising Justice Arun Mishra.
