The Skadden team included Partners Howard Ellin and Michael Chitwood..It is understood that Luthra Senior Partner Mohit Saraf led the transaction from Luthra for Capgemini..Khaitan & Co, led by Partners Haigreve Khaitan and Aakash Choubey acted as Indian legal counsel for the sellers, the two co-founders and Apax Partners. Kirkland & Ellis is acting as International legal counsel with a team led by Partners Srinivas Kaushik, Sarkis Jebejian, David Feirstein and Joshua Soszynski. Pepper Hamilton LLP team was co-counsel to Kirkland & Ellis on this deal. The Pepper team included Partners James Barnes, Valerie Demont, John Duke and Alex Gonzalez..In India, Capgemini’s headcount will rise to 90,000, following the addition of IGATE’s 30,000 employees.
