Luthra, Nishith Desai act on Apollo Health acquisition of Nova Specialty Hospitals for 140 crore

Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited (AHLL) recently acquired the ‘Specialty Hospitals Business’ from Nova Medical Centers. The transaction, involving 100% acquisition of the share capital of Nova Specialty Hospitals, was acquired for 140 crore. AHLL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Apollo Hospital Enterprises Limited.
