Raman and Justice Ramachandran Nair that the German pen maker has authorised him to undertake that the controversial pens would not be sold until further orders..The petitioner had filed an application seeking restriction on the sale of the pens till final conclusion of the matter. The Court has now directed Anand to file an affidavit or undertaking within three days and posted the matter to March 1..In October last year, a Public Interest Litigation was filed in the Kerala High Court against Mont Blanc and its Indian distributor, Entrack International Trading, the Union of India and the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, by Dijo Kappen, the managing trustee of the Centre for Consumer Education at Kottayam.
