JSA, ELP, DSK Legal act on FIL Capital, Somerset investments in Cygnus Medicare

FIL Capital Investments (Mauritius) invested 51 crore by acquiring compulsorily convertible preference shares and equity shares of Cygnus Medicare. The existing investor, Somerset Indus Healthcare, also invested 6 crore in series B investment in Cygnus.
