Its only in India that when a small car hits a big car , its still the fault of the Big car...cant go on like that .. Indian lawyers need to wake up. Cant go on messing with someones data and still shout that you will look at criminal options against someone who exposed you...shame on legal profession for these kind of thieves...right place is behind bars (the real BAR )!!!!!
The dooms day for Fox Mandal and Little has come. [edited] A pot calling a kettle thief. No double standards- What a shame
Interesting! It appears from your report that these guys left FoxMandal in 2009 and have filed recovery suits. What the recovery suits for? In view of the reported facts, what is crucial is the timing of the complaint. Whether before or after the SRGR guys filed recovery suits against FoxMandal?
I am glad to see the firm had put in place means to track the removal of the information needed to prosecute. I wonder how common this in the legal industry? I ponder it because I've worked with a number of law firms on installing monitoring software on the end points and my sense is that it's hit or miss - particularly with smaller firms. This type of software keeps a record of files and information sent out of the company by email, Instant Message or to a USB drive. It's particularly important for laptops that leave the network. Reminds me a small firm of 20 that installed it AFTER a partner left and took what he shouldn't have. They knew but had no way to prove it. Too often it's after house has been burgled that the alarm goes in.
