FCCBs are bonds with a fixed maturity period issued by Indian companies to foreign investors. The bond holders are given the option to convert the bonds into shares of the issuer

just wanted to know what will happen if the companies don't pay the debit to fccb ?? what are the actions they may take if the unsecured loans are not paid on time??thanks in advance
