DSK Legal, Davis Polk, Udwadia Udeshi & Argus advise on Vikram Pandit’s 540 crore investment in NBFC promoted by JM Financial

Former CEO of Citigroup Vikram Pandit has invested 540 crore ($87 million) in a non-banking financial corporation promoted by JM Financial Limited. Pandit and his partner Hariharan Aiyar were advised by DSK Legal for Indian laws and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP for US laws.
