DSK Legal, BMR, Amarchand Mumbai act on Mesco acquisition of Maithan Ispat for 1160 crore

Mesco Steel has acquired Maithan Ispat, which had an enterprise value of 1160 crore. The current debt portfolio of Maithan is approximately 900 crore, which is being refinanced by SBI and eight other banks.
