Desai Diwanji, Luthra act on sale of Malaysian infrastructure group’s stake in toll road to I Squared Capital

I Squared Capital LLC, through its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund, is acquiring 100% stake in Jaipur-Mahua Tollways, an operating toll road in India, from IJM Corp. Bhd, Malaysia for Rs.525 crore.
