Chandhiok defeated Rajiv Khosla by a margin of 175 votes. The other two candidates for the post of President were Senior Advocate Kirti Uppal who got 790 votes and Advocate D.K. Sharma who got 561 votes. Senior Advocate Kirti Uppal was formerly the Vice-President of the DHCBA and this time he had contested for the post of the President..Speaking to Bar & Bench A.S.
