Senior IAS officer Ajay Tyagi will take over as the Chairman of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) when outgoing chief UK Sinha’s tenure ends on March 1, 2017. Sunil Seth, co-founding partner of Seth Dua & Associates, passed away yesterday after having met with a motorcycle accident. Seth was 53 years old. As reported, Seth lost control of his vehicle and collided with a crash barrier resulting in head injuries despite wearing a helmet. The incident occurred near Panchgaon village under Bilaspur police station, around 35 kilometres from Gurgaon. Sunil Seth had co-founded the firm with Atul Dua.
