Chennai-based R&P Partners, formerly known as Rangarajan & Prabhakharan, are advising Hinduja Foundries' Rights issue of 1,00,55,749 shares to its equity shareholders. The company is hoping to raise around Rs. 50 Crore to meet their capital expenditure needs and to repay debts.
The R&P team that advised the issue was led by Partner R. Visveswaran and P.R. Vandana.
