Hemanth Sethi advise Birla Shlokas issue

Birla Shloka Edutech Limited, a group company of the Yash Birla Group, on Friday filed their Draft Red Herring Prospectus before the Securities and Exchange Board of India on Friday. It is not clear as to what percentage of the shares are up for bids.

The two member team from Hemant Sethi & Co., in their first capital markets transaction for 2009, were led by name Partner Hemant Sethi. The Company intends to raise approximately 35 crore from this follow-on public offer.
