Wadia Ghandy, AZB in 1,000 crore issue of NCD by L&T

The Mumbai office of Wadia Ghandy & Co., are advising L & T Finance Limited on their Rs. 1,000 crore ($ 208 Million), first-ever, issue of redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs). L&T is hoping to raise between 600 crore to 1,000 crore through this issue, which closes on September 4.
Ms. Raji Vishwanathan, who is the Chief Legal Advisor is leading the in-house team at L&T. The lead managers, SBI Capital Markets, JM Financials and Standard Chartered Bank are advised by the two member team of Partner, Shameek Chaudari and Shameek Ray from the Mumbai office of AZB & Partners.
