Kanga advises ARSS IPO

Kanga & Co. in their second IPO for 2009, is advising the issue of Orissa based ARSS Infrastructure Limited's IPO. ARSS intends to raise Rs. 120 crores through this IPO. The team is led by the Mumbai Partner Dhaval Vussonji.
Kanga also advised Rishabdev Technocable on their IPO earlier this year.
