Amicus and Desai Diwanji lead on funding of Wind Power Project

A consortium led by the State Bank of India (SBI) funded Rs. 900 crore ($167m) to Bothe Windfarm Development, a project company of Continuum Wind Energy.

The funds have been raised to develop 175 MW green field wind power project in Maharashtra.

Amicus, Advocates & Solicitors advised Bothe Windfarm Development with a team led by Partners Shivi Agarwal and Madhav Rastogi 

Desai & Diwanji advised the consortium with a team led by Mumbai Partner Vaibhav Shukla along with former Associate Partner Geeta Saha.

Geeta Saha had resigned from Desai & Diwanji in November 2012 to join P&P Legal.
