HSA Advocates and Khaitan lead on Uttam Groups sale of medical and industrial gases businesses to Linde Groups BOC India

UTTAM Group companies Uttam Air Products and Uttam Special Gases have entered into definitive agreements with BOC India (part of the Linde Group) for the transfer of its assets and business of manufacturing and distribution of medical and industrial gases, High Pressure Lightweight Gas Cylinders, Allied Equipments and Solutions. 

HSA Advocates advised UTTAM Group and its promoter Karan Bhatia with a team led by Partner Aparajit Bhattacharya along with Partner Designate Harvinder Singh, Senior Associate Sumedha Dutta and Associates Devika Chadha and Vasundhara Goel.
