Oct 01, 2009
Reliance Communications' tower infrastructure provider Reliance Infratel has filed its DRHP with SEBI today. The Anil Ambani owned company is planning to raise Rs. 5,000 crore ($ 1.04 Billion) through this IPO.
Infratel had earlier filed a draft offer in 2008, which was withdrawn due to bad market sentiments. The counsels advising the company and the underwriters however remain the same. Amarchand's Delhi office are advising Infratel, while Khaitan and Linklaters are the domestic and international legal advisors, respectively, to the underwriters.
