Reliance Infratel files DRHP again with same legal team of Amarchand, Khaitan, and Linklaters

Reliance Communications’ tower infrastructure provider Reliance Infratel has filed its DRHP with SEBI today. The Anil Ambani owned company is planning to raise Rs. 5,000 crore ($ 1.04 Billion) through this IPO.
