Wire & Wireless call on Luthra for rights issue

Luthra’s capital markets partner, Madhurima Mukherjee assisted by Manan Lahoty, Nayana Jhawar and Vishal Yaduvanshi advised Wire & Wireless on its rights issue.
The Zee Networks owned Wire & Wireless is planning to raise about Rs. 45 crore ($ 9.4 Million) through this issue. Wire & Wireless is the second company in the media and entertainment domain to come out with a rights issue. Earlier this year, Digital Entertainment Networks and Network 18 owned TV-18 were out with an IPO and a rights issue, respectively.
